Sparring the development team and architects to get relevant stakeholders on board and stay on track with investor community and budgeting. Developed a human-centered positive-impact strategy to convince the public, local authorities and stakeholders to support the 30 Mio.€ new village project "StrandLeben".

For one of Motius R&D`s international clients Max was responsible for the development of a over all concept and innovation roadmap for their European Innovation and R&D Center.
Established a new Innovation unit at Motius R&D. Concept building, rollout and leading the innovation and design cluster team.
Max established a process for potential internal new business innovations and helped clients to develop roadmaps and concepts for open innovation and R&D efforts. Besides the output driven processes, he coached members of the organization how to apply startup and innovation methods.

As project leader at UnternehmerTUM, Max built one of Europes most impactful innovation challenges TECHFEST 2018 Munich with 20 Startups, 400+ experts, talents and international corporates like AUDI, SIEMENS, OSRAM & MAGNA.

As project leader for UnternehmerTUM, Max created together with the German Top Football Club FC Bayern München the “FC Bayern Hackdays”, a 3 day international Sports Innovation Challenge, the first of its kind in Europe. As project lead of FC Bayern Hackdays, he managed 230 tech experts from all over the globe to work and prototype new ideas in the Allianz Arena. Over 50 Projects were created, the best were implemented afterwards together with FC Bayern Hackdays Challenge Partners Deutsche Telekom, SAP, SIEMENS, DHL and adidas.
