Enoition channels, leverages and brings together radical innovators of the community, from the fields of technology and innovation, circular economy and science, event and project management, creativity and arts as well as business and entrepreneurship.

Enoition is led by Maximilian Seeberger (Max), a passionate change-maker. He has 10+ years of experience in moving people, creating fruitful collaborations and sustainable impact. He gained experience in 30+ innovation and entrepreneurial projects in the fields of digital services, mobility, climate-change response, insurance, deep-tech, real estate and architecture, IT-security, culture, community-based entrepreneurship, sports and health. He holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship by TUM School of Management.
Enoition Tech-Team combines 20+ years of experience in innovation scouting, prototyping and technology like Computer Vision, AI and Deep Learning, and broad skills in innovation-tools, start-up methodologies and agile project management.

As sparring partner for innovation efforts we focus on individual support, coaching and workshops and help focussing on success-factors. We keep the corporate project teams on track and guide through the whole process of concept and strategy building, alignment with other innovation efforts, planning, scouting and rollout of the innovation project or platform itself.
We onboard and manage experts of our strong network in the technology, creativity and entreprenuership community to facilitate workshops on latest technologies (e.g. AI engineering, deep-learning, embedded systems, computer vision...) or relevant methodologies (lean startup, innovation-scouting, design thinking, rapid prototyping etc.), in order to leverage corporate knowledge.
Our agile team of innovation and technology experts supports throughout the process of innovation field definition and challenge design, preparation-workshops, roll-out and agile project management. Hereby we use latest innovation methodologies to understand trends and scout relevant partners.
We help communicating innovation efforts and projects in an exciting way to make collaboration desirable, manage expectations and inspire ambitious ideas. We offer power-full moderation of events and can facilitate inspiring workshops by successful entrepreneurs, scientists, creatives or technicians.
We enable our partners to reach out to external innovators and coaches to take part in corporate innovation challenges to inspire internal participants and infuse a different way of seeing and approaching problems. To sustain the transformative impact of innovation challenges we support our corporate partners in building an individually designed follow-up and onboarding process for generated innovation projects, partnerships and organizational learning.
